The basic itinerary for the day goes something like this, practice on the track begins around 9:30am for racers with the 1st race to begin by noon. Racing will continue till 3-4pm and there will be live music in between races. We end the day with the Pageant which will start by 5:30pm as the heat dies down.
We'd like all pageant contestant entries to check in with JoAnna or I by 3pm. We will need you to fill out a waver to be filmed and also an entry form to tell us a little about yourself so the M.C. can have something to talk about while you're strutting your stuff for the judges and audience:) Please bring a cd of your song. We're anticipating about 20 girls for the pageant and our Airstream trailer can only fit so many comfortably to get ready for the event so plan accordingly and give yourself enough time to get all dolled up.
JoAnna and I will be multi-tasking that day but look for us when you get there to get signed in.
